I was so honored to be invited to photograph a birth to begin with and to put the experience into words is so hard for me. The family that asked me to do it have been clients of mine for three years, I photographed their first maternity pictures and first child and I consider them friends of mine now. I feel so lucky to meet such wonderful people and then to photograph their children and most important and intimate events in their lives is humbling. I consider the births of my three children to be the best days of my life. So I know how important these photographs are and how cherished they will be.
